Morrighan Duo
The both Musician’s Nicole Ansperger (violin) and Dani Kaul (guitars, vocals, transfers flute) coming from the well-known Folk Bands “Paddy goes to Holyhead” and Lily of the valley” are now touring live with there new Duo-project MORRIGHAN.
Morrighan play Irish Folk, Traditional, Celtic Folk and famous Hits from Irish bands (e.g. U2, Sinnead O’Connor, Cranberries…) as well as own components in irish folk style. Both artist play music since there childhood and have both a classic music education, in which they played in classic orchestras.
Her love to the folk music and her skillful and soulful violin play brought Nicole Ansperger to even an appearance at a Hooters concert at their Germany tour. She plays besides the classic violin, as well the electric-seven-sting-violin, charming, fast, sovereign and absolutely intoxicating.
Dani Kaul has even been on a Live-Tour through Africa with her own established girls-folk-band “Lily of the valley”, had some TV appearances and gave many concerts in Germany and Europe.She is an experienced Studio and Live singer with her powerful and expressive voice, a real “goose-bumps-feeling”.
Together are Morrighan concentrated Girls-Power.. with there beautiful ballads and fast Irish Folk songs they take there audience to a journey through a land of myths, sagas and dreams.
