From the smallest whisky company in Scotland, Praban na Linne on the Isle of Skye, where he made his debut in 1995 to one of the most beautiful distilleries in Scotland, Glengoyne. Antony McCallum with his malt team at Ian Macleod, selects some of the finest single casks available in Scotland. From the Lowlands to Campbeltown, via Orkney, we bottle under the Chieftain’s and Dun Bheagan ranges some of the finest and rarest malts. On occasion some whiskies will be finished for a few years in wine casks (Port, Sherry,Claret...) and Rum casks to bring to the whisky a new dimension and experience, reminiscent of the days when whisky was fully matured in those types of wood and was bottled unchill-filtered .
